My Project
My students were just preschoolers when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. They were pulled out of pre-school and had to begin regular school school part time and wearing masks. It must have a very scary time for them. Can you imaging learning to read and having to hear sounds through a mask and not being able to "see" how the sounds are being formed. They learned a lot by sound and through technology.
iPads are fabulous devices that can engage learners in many ways.
Utilizing iPads, coding will be tangible and engaging for my students as they work together to code and to access other everyday programs we use like iReady, Wonders, Boom Cards, and Epic.
iPads will benefit my students because they are user friendly and the different reading resources will help me reach various levels of students. My students will be able to move at their own pace.
