Growing Readers

Help me give my students materials to help build their reading and writing skills. These materials will help lead a beginning level novel study as well as help students practice daily writing skills.

My Project

Supporting this project means students who are impacted the most can receive the support and intervention they need to become fluent readers and writers. Each day we will engage in a read aloud by reading a chapter of the book then answer a literature circle question. Students will discuss with classmates and share their ideas. Writing Prompt Books will allow students to build essential writing skills in an engaging and fun manner.

My hope is to expose students to a beginners novel study, as well as practice daily writing prompts to help build their stamina, comprehension skills and most importantly their love for reading and writing!
