This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are very bright dual language students in the 3rd grade! They strive to work hard every day in both English and Spanish instruction and come from very diverse cultural backgrounds. Having been together since Kindergarten, they are a close-knit group of kids who are eager and excited to tackle the third grade and continue their learning in both languages.

Everyday, my students are working hard to be more and more independent in their dual language classroom, but they need more resources.

I've watched them grow into such great independent young learners during the past couple of months. They need to be supported with more opportunities to be independent in an organized classroom.

My Project

Your donation will help our classroom grow its many opportunities to be the most independent 3rd graders we can be! Our writing centers need more labeled storage, our minds need more Spanish and English resources available, and we also could use some support in managing our time! The math games will help enrich our learning this year, especially with that tough multiplication and division.

Help us foster a sense of urgency, independence, and responsibility in our classroom.

It is not everyday that you see a classroom just begging for more enrichment and this classroom can sure use a hand. Thank you friends!
