Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach at a Title I school, and most of our students come from low-income families. Our school educates students who are culturally diverse, and our school population receives free and reduced lunch. My students love learning and are excited to be in our classroom especially collaborating in groups. The students love to brainstorm and bounce ideas off eachother. They strive to be the best that they can be, and I intend to get them where they need to be and encourage them to try their best. This seating area will help support a welcome, fun learning environment!
