Help me give my students a new rug with flexible seating to create a new collaborative work space!

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are eager to learn and full of thoughtful questions. I am in a co-teaching classroom in the Bronx with students coming from a variety of backgrounds with so many different learning styles.
In my class, we have a strong sense of community where everyone supports each other.
No one feels different than their peers. My co-teacher and I do our best to meet the needs of each and every learner in our classroom. Every student views our classroom as their own.
My Project
These materials will give my students a designated area to sit during group work time. This flexible seating option will give all students a new area within the room to go to help them focus within a small group.
The rug and chairs will provide a cozy spot in the room for groups to work collaboratively rather than having to stay in their chairs at their desks.
This spot will give them an opportunity to sit closely with their classmates and focus on the task given to them. The clipboards will make it easier for students to complete any written work that has been assigned.
