My Project
Our class loves to move our bodies and exercise! Recess is one of our favorite parts of the day. Unfortunately, sometimes it it too cold or rainy for us to play on our rooftop playground. The puddles get icy and the wind really whips through!
We are asking for some fun indoor recess gross motor building activities like balance beams, stepping stones, scooters and pogo sticks!
These materials will help our Pre-K students improve their balance skills, agility, and muscle control. Gross motor skills are crucial for children's overall development, as they are the building blocks for many physical and cognitive skills. They enable children to participate in sports, games, and physical activities, which provide opportunities for socialization, cooperation, and competition.
