My Project
As a special education teacher, my students need many manipulatives in order to help them be successful in reading and math instruction. This donation will help me provide my class with a multi-sensory approach to learning. Currently, I'm making a lot of activities for students to use during center and small group instruction. This takes time away from me creating more meaningful and creative lesson plans and time is a luxury that I would love to give to my students.
My goal is to help strengthen my students’ phonological awareness to help them continue to become better readers as well as strengthen their fine motor skills.
