Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The magnetic boards will help my little ones tremendously with fine motor skills. As they have fun and learn their letters as they form them with the magnetic beads, they will also be strengthening their hand muscles. Also, when using the tubes, they will be pushing them together and pulling them apart. This will help not only with making their little hands stronger, but they will also make their arm muscles stronger.
My goal is to help these students enhance their motor skill and be ready for the writing and physical challenges that are expected in kindergarten.
I am excited for this project because it is small, but it will help the students greatly.
My students are special because they are learning how to learn. They are working towards being successful with kindergarten goals and this will help them a lot.
