Great Students Serving Great Snacks and Coffee

Help me give my students supplies for their coffee/snack cart club. They are looking forward to K-Cups, coffee cups with lids, coffee creamers, snacks and specialty items to load up the cart!

My Students

Our school specializes in providing a well-rounded education to students who face emotional and/or behavioral challenges. These very intelligent sixth through eighth grade students receive services in a self-contained program called CHOICES (Children Having Opportunities In Choosing Educational Success).

The students come from all parts of our city and bring with them the experiences of their families, homes, neighborhoods, and their community.

These life experiences enhance our learning and make it a greater experience for everyone. We work together to be a classroom community of learners moving forward together to achieve success both in and out of the classroom.

My Project

This project will help my students set up a mobile snack cart to go with their coffee cart. The students will push the cart to the teacher's room, offer recommendations, take their orders, write up their bill, and off they go to the next classroom.

Think snack cart on wheels run by students!

All money collected goes directly to the students to pay for their field trips. Along with their coffee cart, these students will have the opportunity to learn the social skills needed for future employment. They will practice meeting and greeting customers, being on time for work, working collaboratively with others, dressing appropriately, and understanding accountability.

Donate to this project to support the coffee carts expansion into the snack world. The cart will allow them to branch out and interact with others in a positive way.
