My Project
I am passionate about fostering a dynamic learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of my students. One effective strategy I would like to implement is flexible seating options for my students such as wobble seats, stools, and floor desks.
Research shows that flexible seating can enhance student engagement and improve learning outcomes, as well as having a sensory breaks to calm their bodies.
Investing in flexible seating isn't just about comfort; its about transforming the learning experience. By giving students the choice of how and where they learn, I can cultivate a classroom culture that values individual learning needs. This donation will play a crucial role in making this vision a reality, which would ultimately benefit my student's overall growth and development.
For some students, being able to "Walk the Weights" and take a break from the classroom, but also calm their bodies is a great option. Many students just need to have a mini break from the classroom, to get them back on track.
Sometimes they need to just eliminate the noise so that they can focus. Noise canceling headphones provide this opportunity.
