My Project

Keeping students motivated throughout the school day can be a challenge at times. Giving incentives and rewards are great ways to keep students engaged. Competition at times can create effortless engagement. When seeing peers rewarded for completing assignments, following class/school rules, or meeting criteria/excelling, students tend to be inspired to do the same in most cases. I utilize incentives when able and would love to be able to have a variety of times students can choose from. My students are lively 3rd and 4th graders. They are a wonderful and excitable group of kids and I am proud to work with them. Thank you in advance for your donation!
