My Project
We are asking for baking equipment for our baking and pastry class. With this project, we would be able to have enough equipment for the whole class to be able to work at the same time, have less wait time, and more hands-on learning.
The students will be learning how to scoop a variety of batters and soft doughs while they learn to consistently portion the recipe.
The students are learning high production when they produce hundreds of cookies and for baking for special events for our campus or class. We give back and we always share. We feel that people communicate best when they are sharing food and their love for eating. Please help us spread the love!
The skills the students will learn will help them master baking at home or in the industry. With all the preservatives in our foods today, I want to teach my students how to make clean food with minimal ingredients. Please consider helping my students learn the skills in the science of baking.
