My Project
Gratitude journals are a powerful tool for fostering a positive mindset and improving well-being. The practice of writing down things you’re thankful for encourages you to focus on positive aspects of your day, however big or small, and can help reduce stress, improve sleep, and boost emotional resilience.
My students need sticker paper and a Epson printer to create their gratitude journals for the Lunar New Year.
We will do a different prompt each and every day in January. The prompts will be about positive topics. The goal of this project is to express gratitude towards others can lead to stronger, more fulfilling relationships. It will also allow my students to regularly record what they’re grateful for shifts focus from negative thoughts.
