Gratitude improves Mental Health!

Help me give my students the opportunity to practice relationship skills and self-management by completing a gratitude social and emotional learning (SEL) lesson.

My Project

The cards and stickers will be used during a social and emotional lesson on relationship skills and self-management. Students will be provided knowledge through videos, readings, and discussions about the effects of expressing gratitude, with a cumulating activity of writing a gratitude card to someone.

Research indicates expressing gratitude can improve overall well-being.

These materials will provide over 1500 students with the opportunity not only to have an intellectual understanding of the impact of gratitude, but your donation will provide them with an experiential learning that can have life-long implications.
