This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Backing a project where students can make their own t-shirts with heat transfer vinyl is all about helping them unleash their creativity in a way that’s fun and super hands-on! Imagine students dreaming up designs and actually getting to wear them. It’s a chance for them to go from an idea to something they can hold in their hands—and put on! By pitching in, you’re not just giving them supplies; you’re giving them the chance to learn new skills, gain confidence, and walk away with something they’re proud to show off.

This project isn’t just about the shirts; it’s about letting students explore what makes them unique and share their ideas with each other.

From choosing colors to learning how to work with vinyl, they’re diving into real design challenges and figuring things out along the way. Plus, the teamwork and laughs are a big part of the process. It’s a cool way to bring art lessons to life and see them have a blast while doing it!
