This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Dry-erase boards make learning more fun for my students, especially when we are graphing slopes, equations, and scatter plots (and more). We use them daily in Math class saving time and paper. Due to wear and tear, some boards need to be replaced and cleaning cloths and markers need to be replenished.

It is through hands-on activities that students learn the most.

The dry-erase boards can be used in stations, with small groups, with partners, or independently. When using dry-erase boards (compared to paper) I can easily see and quickly assess their understanding. My students will love to graph, erase and repeat.

This project will provide my students with dry-erase boards, dry-erase markers, paper towels, and cleaning cloths (to use as erase boards). And of course, it is always a good idea to stock up on Dial Soap!
