Help me give my students graduated cylinders to participate in engaging Science experiments.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. West's classroom raised $384

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Middle school Science has some pretty abstract concepts that are hard to understand without being able to model or demonstrate the concept. Students learned better when they can make examples of physical and chemical changes instead of just reading about them. Students understand the difference between a solute and a solvent when they can see it in action.
We are in need of many different lab supplies because this is our first year with new state standards in Science.
The graduated cylinders in this project will support and benefit several different labs for my 7th and 8th grade Science students. The graduated cylinders will be used for many different labs and demonstrations in our Chemistry unit.
More than three‑quarters of students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
