My Project
I teach 3rd grade to a very diverse group of students in rural Limestone County, just outside of Huntsville, AL. My students are excited to come to school, and look forward to learning new material. They are incredibly creative, naturals with a computer, and are a joy to be with.
Our district has voted to adopt a new reading curriculum, Benchmark Advance; although it is amazing, the change will require teachers to create much needed supplemental materials including tests, newsletters, and word-pattern practice.
Luckily for us, Markers and Minions on Teachers Pay Teachers, has a lot of these files created and available in her shop. Therefore, I am requesting a $200.00 TPT gift card to provide Closed Reading Companions, Comprehension Questions, and Digital Word Work files for my students.
