My Project
Goodbye Clutter, Hello Concentration is a project designed to transform my classroom into a well-organized, efficient learning space where students can focus, collaborate, and build essential life skills. As a sixth-grade teacher, I know how important organization is—not just for academic success but for fostering independence and time management. With the right supplies, I can create designated storage for small group materials, keep student work easily accessible, and establish clear systems that help students take ownership of their learning. This project will allow me to minimize distractions, maximize learning time, and provide my students with a structured environment where they can thrive.

By securing classroom organizers, storage bins, file holders, and student-friendly planners, I will be able to streamline small group instruction and ensure that all necessary materials are in one place. Students will learn responsibility by managing their supplies, keeping track of assignments, and maintaining their personal workspaces. These skills are crucial as they prepare for middle school and beyond, where independence and time management become even more essential. Having an organized space also reduces stress and allows students to focus on learning rather than searching for misplaced papers or materials.
