This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students have been home for a long time. Now that we are preparing to be full-time in person, I would like to provide them with a room full of joy and comfort.
With this five-piece, I can make them feel as if they were still at home.
Moreover, they will feel more at ease talking about their past experience and how they feel to be back to school.
My office has furniture that is kind of old and due to budgeting, it is impossible to get new ones.
My students have gone through a lot during this pandemic. Therefore, I would like them to come back and feel comfortable, happy to be back, and relaxed. What is a more easy way to do all this than with totally new furniture?
With my salary, I was able to paint the office to give it a more home-like look but I need the furniture to have it complete.
