This project is fully funded

I am a teacher of 12 severely disabled students ages 7-9 years. My students are all physically challenged/cognitively delayed and are seated in wheelchairs and adaptive chairs to support their positioning. They are a wonderful group of children who require high structure and a stimulating, multi-modal approach to teaching in order to maintain focus and interest. It is difficult to move the students to learning centers within the classroom due to the number of wheelchairs and the small size of the classroom. Because of this limitation, I often present activities in the middle of the room with the students placed around me. I am presently working from old, antiquated easels to support visual aids such as PEC symbols and motivational items that relate to the topic of study. I would greatly appreciate a wonderful piece of furniture that would enhance my lessons and could easily be moved throughout the room to assist the students. This item is called the "Store It All Teaching Center" from Lakeshorelearning.com. I would also like the Circle Time Poster, as well as the Circle Time CD. The children love to start the day with songs of greeting and calendar skills. Please help me enhance my students learning with motivational activities, songs and visual aids.
