Help me give my students the right equipment needed for a great morning news cast such as microphones, camera, and portable monitor.

My Project

Good morning, Champions! Each day our school starts the day with a morning newscast, filmed live in our library. A morning newscast is a great way to start the day and create a positive culture. Our student-produced morning news is filled with a variety of segments such as weather forecasts, reminders, birthday shoutouts, monthly character word examples, and highlighting student work and accomplishments.

Students who participate in my morning news crew will have the skills that they can successfully apply to middle school broadcasting and journalism programs.

Our morning news is in need of many new supplies to help make our news better! Microphones for each anchor on our morning news would be very helpful as our current microphone is broken and we only have one. A new camera would be fantastic! A camera that can zoom in and out and be able to do other cool things, so much more than our current one can. A camera stand would be helpful as our current one just sits on a desk. The monitor will be our new teleprompter, which is something we have not had before! The USB hubs will be great for the camera, computer monitor, and microphones.
