My Project

These materials will help students who struggle with emotion regulation. Materials such as books, games, and art supplies will improve students' behavior and mental health at home and in school.

Books are an excellent way for children to learn different CBT concepts and show that other students struggle with the same concepts.

The wooden tokens are used to help express students' emotions. At the beginning of the group, students put a ticket with their name in the bucket labeled with the emotion they are feeling. These items can be used again and again.
