Going Wild for The Wild Robot

My Project

My students are in love with the story of Roz, the wild robot. Since the COVID Pandemic, The Wild Robot has become my classroom yearly read aloud. My students are in a self-contained special education classroom. They go to the library and check out the book so they can follow along as I read. It is a magical time.

The books expose them to a wealth of vocabulary, science subjects, and important comprehension skills.

It has helped them develop a love for reading. Having a class set will allow them to have a book to follow along as I read.
