This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My 7th and 8th grade boys come from many humble beginnings. The love of the sport is what drives them.
They come to practice every day ready and willing to learn.
Most of them have never played in a club team and therefore are barely learning the rules of the game. They don't have the required uniform or accessories needed to play this sport, but they have HEART and PASSION! They practice in freezing weather, strong winds, and even rain. Help me keep my students motivated and engaged.
My goal is to get them the much-needed equipment like socks, sweatpants, and water bottles, so they can focus all their energy on learning the game properly.
