Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The items requested for our Mustang Money store will serve as tangible rewards for students who demonstrate responsibility, teamwork, and commitment to school expectations.
By earning Mustang Money through classroom jobs and positive behavior, students will be motivated to continue displaying these qualities, reinforcing the importance of hard work and good citizenship.
These rewards—whether small classroom supplies, fun activities, or rewards for personal growth—will provide students with immediate, meaningful incentives that make the learning environment more engaging and motivating. Ultimately, these incentives will foster a positive, responsible classroom culture that encourages students to take ownership of their learning and behavior.
