This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our school is comprised of our city’s most talented young people, dedicated teachers, and staff. We take great pride in the rigor of our curriculum, the quality of our instruction, and the performance of our students. Our students are serious scholars who constantly strive for success. Their determination ensures that they are the up-and-coming leaders of tomorrow.

To our students, failure is not an option; it is just another obstacle waiting to be overcome.

They believe with hard work and perseverance anything is achievable. They are excited to be in school and look forward to each day's encounters.

My students enjoy being challenged and love challenging their teachers. They not only question everything, they seek out and find the answers.

Our students, for lack of a better word, are exceptional. While our students are serious scholars they are very involved in all aspects of school. They belong to various clubs in the school, are involved in athletics, and tap into the creative minds through the arts. They are on their way to becoming well-rounded and productive members of society.

My Project

The library is a place where all students are welcome and come to work on a variety of projects. Here the students are supported in their learning and thinking. And their thinking leads them to all types of adventures. The materials in the library are available for everyone to use to learn and create.

With the addition of a green screen and lighting equipment, our students can take their adventures and bring the world with them on the ride.

Students can create adventures to real world places like The Great Pyramids or to out of this world places like the Milky Way. All they need is their imagination.
