Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are bright, curious thinkers who thrive on hands-on learning especially in math, science, and STEM projects. Every day, they’re solving equations, sketching diagrams, designing experiments, and jotting down ideas.

But with paper being used up daily for note-taking, solving math problems, and doodling during brain breaks, it’s easy to see how quickly our supplies and the environment are impacted.

That’s why we are requesting LCD writing tablets for each student in our class. These lightweight, reusable tablets will allow my students to practice their handwriting, work through math problems, sketch out ideas, and take quick notes—all without wasting a single sheet of paper.

With the ability to write, erase, and reuse endlessly, these tablets will support active learning while reducing our environmental footprint.
