This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This project funds materials and supplies for math and science instruction, as well as engaging hands-on materials for science days. The black lights will be used for a classroom transformation when we are studying a unit on astronomy and space. Thanks to your generous donation, I will transform the classroom to look like students are in space, igniting their imaginations and inspiring their learning.
First graders are all engineers who love to imagine and build.
The building blocks and sensory toys are to support hands-on learning and play for little learners. We use the markers and number blocks during our math instruction when we are solving math problems on our white boards. Your support is helping to make my classroom joyful, imaginative, and fun!
