My Project
My students love learning, especially when it comes to hands on activities with a fun spin! I try to make every learning opportunity as engaging and memorable as possible so that the curriculum comes to life for them.
Things such as glow days and room transformations help students interact with knowledge in a new and engaging way that has shown to increase their understanding and have the lasting impact all teachers desire!
Reviewing for state testing is seldom remembered as fun or exciting, until now! With your support, I plan to change that. With the state-wide FAST testing coming up, as well as the end of the school year, I would like to provide my students the opportunity to review skills using GLOW days!
Glow days will allow my students to GLOW what they know and make reviewing for a standardized test a LOT less stressful and way more fun! These materials will allow me to have the entire classroom covered in black lights, and glow in the dark materials as well as end supply the students with some fun end of testing treats for all their hard work! They will allow my students the opportunity to participate in hands-on, team building activities and reinforce the curriculum.
