Help me give my students a hands-on experiment with good hand-washing techniques. The nurses come to the classrooms and teach the hand washing classes with the Glo Germ Kits.
Our students have heard so much about how sick you can become from COVID. They also understand that when they are sick with COVID or any other illness, they will miss school and classroom instruction. The Glow Germ Hand Washing Kits help our students learn about germs and how to protect themselves in a fun way. It empowers the students to take good care of themselves and their families with good hand-washing techniques.
Our school nurses teach a hand washing class to our kindergarten, first, and second graders.
The students AND the nurses look forward to it every year. Currently, there is only one Hand Washing Kit that is shared between 9 nurses and 16 elementary schools. We would like to have one Glow Germ Hand Washing Kit for each nurse.
