Glow Day Learning

Help me give my students a fun review day with a glow party. The black lights and neon games and decorations will help to have a fun day of learning and reviewing that the students will always remember.

My Students

My students are incredible thinkers, makers, learners and doers. They work incredibly hard to learn, understand, do and grow. They are able to identify and develop personal strengths through challenges and create plans to help others grow and learn.

My class is full of energetic fifth graders that come to school each day, excited to learn and discover new and interesting things.

It is incredible to watch these student interact with classmates and to see them help each other achieve their best. With all their hard work, and with the heaviness and wearisomeness of the pandemic, students deserve a little fun, too.

My Project

Glow days are all the rage these days and many teachers have taken this trend into the classroom. Glow days are an opportunity to change a regular review into a memorable and fun day of review and learning. I am eager to share this with my class and create more excitement to their learning.

This project will make even the most mundane activities come alive and engage students in their learning.

The materials, like black lights, highlighters, glow in the dark games and more will set the tone of a day of fun and "brighten up" our learning.

We spend a lot of time preparing for assessments, that at time, can be a little boring and mundane. We struggle to find value and fun in the review. Having a glow day will turn the boring into a day mixed with fun and learning. It will be something that the students will always remember!
