This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My classroom is in need of funding for our End of the Year Glow Celebration to honor the hard work and dedication that my students have shown throughout the school year. These students have worked tirelessly, demonstrating exceptional growth, persistence, and enthusiasm in their learning. A celebration at the end of the year would serve as a well-deserved recognition of all their efforts, providing a memorable and joyful conclusion to a year of hard work.

The Glow Celebration would be a fun, engaging event where my students can relax, reflect on their accomplishments, and celebrate their successes together.

It will allow them to feel proud of the progress they’ve made, both academically and personally. My students have not only met academic challenges but have also worked through social and emotional growth. This celebration would give them an opportunity to feel seen, appreciated, and celebrated for their hard work and perseverance.

With the necessary funding, I can provide the resources for decorations and activities that will make the event special and enjoyable. It’s important that my students feel valued, and this celebration would be a perfect way to show them that their efforts have been recognized. I truly believe that this event will have a lasting positive impact on my students, encouraging them to continue striving for success in the years to come.
