it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This year I have three Sculpture 1 and one Sculpture 2 classes! We are gearing up for the clay unit and we need high fire glazes.
Students need to glaze their clay pieces when we get to the clay unit.
I like to teach the students to create utilitarian clay pieces, like cups and bowls so they can use them. But for that to happen they need to glaze them to be food safe.
Want to teach the students about the science behind the glaze. For example; how the temperature and the chemicals in the glazes work together.
