Giving Middle Schoolers of Lahaina Options

Help me give my students options to help them learn in various ways!

My Project

My hope is to give my 6th grade, middle school students of Lahaina a peaceful and tranquil space to learn and work while listening to music using the speakers. Sometime we like to take our classwork outside, so the portable speaker would be used for outside work under a tree. The area rug would offer an alternative seating area to work on classwork too!

My students use interactive notebooks as a working portfolio so sharpie markers are very popular as students like to make their work stand out.

Plus, extra spiral notebooks are great to have when new students join our class or if a student loses theirs and needs to create another one.

The atom model would help in our current unit and as a great visual for my English Language Learners, as well as all my students because the atom is an abstract topic to cover. The model will help as a visual to then allow students to create their own model.
