My Students

My kindergarten class is full of students who are ready to learn! They are creative and have a lot of energy! Each morning is faced with fresh minds and fresh attitudes. My students and I have worked together to create a warm and welcome learning environment.

Kindergarten is a crucial time for kids.

We are building a lasting foundation for learning that will follow them through their educational journey. The skills that my students learn today will be the skills used to create a world yet to come.

My Project

What did you learn in kindergarten? Did you learn how to write your name? Did you learn to count to 10? Maybe 20? Today's kindergarteners are expected to learn much more, and they are fully capable! They just need access to tools that will help them learn it!

Little Learners in kindergarten learn differently.

They need a variety of resources that tap into a variety of their senses. They need to see, hear, and feel things. Math manipulatives will help them take abstract concepts into visual skills. Chromebooks will provide them access to a whole library of digital tools! Books will help them sharpen their literacy skills!

This is already such a critical age for development. Covid-19 has only added more emphasis on helping these students learn and grow while dealing with added stress. My goal is to make learning exciting and welcoming!
