My Project
I teach amazing kids who are anxious to learn and succeed.
These items will enable me to reach their individual needs, helping them feel like our classroom is a safe place to be for them.
Wiggle cushions will help those students who struggle to focus. When they can manipulate something, it gets their wiggles out and allows their brain to concentrate on what they are learning.
The pop its and flash cards will give students more choice in how they practice their multiplication facts. Having options helps meet various student needs and keeps their motivation strong.
An important part of motivation is rewards. The pencils and erasers will provide non-edible incentives for their hard work.
Finally, the paper cutter will save me time which I can use to develop lessons to meet students’ needs.
