it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These kits are filled with model atoms that magnetically snap together to form molecules. They were designed to be easy to use and to model that breaking bonds takes energy (it requires effort/energy to pull them apart).
These kits provide a way for students to visualize atoms and molecules by holding them in their hands.
Much of biology makes sense when you look at it from a molecular level. However, atoms being incredibly small, it is difficult to imagine what they are and how they interact to form molecules. For instance, it is easier to understand photosynthesis when you see how carbon dioxide molecules and water are used to form glucose and produce oxygen.
