My Students
My students are energetic students that are on the move all the time! They love to be engaged in learning new things and are excited to come to school to see what we are doing next. Each student is on their own level, striving to learn authentically so they can apply their knowledge in real-world experiences.
My students come into the room each day excited about what they will learn next.
They are excited about their accomplishments and love to share them with others. They come from a strong community, but the methods and environments in which they learn varies. We incorporate different learning strategies to help each child succeed. These include group work, alternative seating, and at times, stations. They are an amazing group of students! They are creative and share so much with each other on their journey of learning.
My Project
With our unique situation this year, students will need their own materials to help them learn and stay safe. In giving them markers and colored pencils students will be able to highlight, color, and label their science, history, and math.
With markers and colored pencils, students will make the subject matter stand out and help deepen their understanding!
Their creativity will also be challenged. Using the dry erase markers, they will be able to work out problems on their whiteboards. Working through problems and having the ability to erase easily as they change direction with their thinking, will help them develop their problem solving skills.
With the challenging times we are facing, please help give my students some color and brighten their learning experience!
