My Students
My kids come from a place where they have received very limited resources at home, and unfortunately at school too. They are not given the materials that are necessary for them to develop their minds to the full potential. These children are so talented and special, and just need to receive an equitable opportunity that other schools get to reach their full potential.
We are working day in and day out to show these kids that they can learn and they will succeed!
My Project
Teachers Pay Teachers is an amazing website where teachers around the world create resources for students that other teachers can buy for their class! These resources would help give my students enjoyable lessons while they are learning from home that I would not be able to create myself.
Distance learning will make it hard for the students to feel motivated- these lessons can change that!
It's going to be difficult to teach reading through distance learning, but the reading centers I found on TPT can not only help them practice reading but have fun doing it. I plan to get digital math centers with games where my students can practice what they are learning.
