This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach in a low income area and I also coach there as well. These girls love sports and would do anything to play them. Unfortunately, our budget does not have funds to provide girls with all of the necessary equipment they need to play. This project would ensure that the girls have the opportunity to practice their hitting with a pitching machine.

Sports are a huge part of these girls lives and any contribution would be greatly appreciated.

They are working hard for the upcoming season and I would love to surprise them with these!
