Girls Middle School Basketball Materials

Help me give my students a chance to play middle school basketball using standard uniform size leather basketball equipment and scrimmage pinnies/sport vests. Having a chance to learn teamwork, sportsmanship, leadership while having fun is our goal.

My Project

I love basketball and so do many of our students! We're hoping to utilize the basketball materials in daily drills to help prepare them with the needed skills of teamwork, ball handling, dribbling, passing, and scrimmage. The rubber/latex game balls and rack will be utilized during practice. The leather game balls will be utilized specifically for game play. Pinnies are needed for identifying teams and coaches materials, such as boards, whistles, and a ball pump will help enhance our players' efficiency when providing plays and scrimmages.

Quality sporting equipment is essential for students to use in learning basic ball handling skills, and the leather basketballs will be a huge help in allow students to master the needed skills.

Having the proper storage will allow practices to be efficient in getting out equipment and storing equipment upon close of practice.

One of our goals is to increase sportsmanship and school spirit in the middle school environment. It is essential that students have physical outlets that allow them to make personal connections to the real world where they can explore their limits both physically, emotionally and mentally.
