Help me give my students Ozobots to incorporate STEM into our classroom. This will help them become creative learners in this twenty-first century.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. V. Flores's classroom raised $205

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are a lively and inquisitive bunch that show up to class eager to learn, despite the challenges they are faced with in and out of the classroom. I have a wide variety of learning styles and levels. Every student in my classroom is unique and everyone in the room respects each other. Throughout the day, I see random acts of kindness in our class which makes me so happy! I care about my students and they know it!
My goal, as a bilingual teacher, is to encourage my students to love learning and to develop lifelong independent learners.
I especially love that they try their BEST on everything that comes their way! They love to read and enjoy hands-on activities. They are great helpers and I know I can count on them. Every day I make sure and instill good qualities that will make them amazing citizens.
My Project
I want to provide my students with the skills and knowledge they need to be successful innovators. The Ozobots I am requesting will allow my students to become critical thinkers and teach them the technical skills they need. I love that they can be incorporated into any subject area!
The STEM skills my students gain will help prepare them for the future!
We currently have 2 Ozobots in the classroom, which keep my students fully engaged, however, we need 3 more so that each group can use one. They really increase student engagement, improve participation, and showcase their creative sides they thought they never had. Providing them with a learning environment other than what they are used to gets them much more motivated to learn. Thank you for your support! We need Ozobots and a carrying case to store them in.
