My students need a regulation portable soccer goal to use on our practice field. Our current goals are over 20 years old.

My Students
Mia Hamm stated, "I am a member of a team, and I rely on the team, I defer to it and sacrifice for it, because the team, not the individual, is the ultimate champion!" Her quote embodies the mission of our program. I want to make sure my athletes learn the power of working for others.
Our public high school serves approximately 1700 students from a large military community.
The student body represents a variety of cultural backgrounds and experiences. Many of our students come from economically disadvantaged homes and will change schools several times before completing high school. However, some of these students find a sense of purpose and belonging on sport teams. We are more than just a team trying to get be better, but we are a family.
My Project
Our current practice goals are over 20 years old. As a matter of fact they were there when I played back in 2002. Every year we have to zip tie the practice nets on the goals. Our current practice goals are also extremely rusty because we can't disassemble and store them during the off season.
Goals are critical to player development, and they will be used every day at training.
Whether we are working on finishing or defending, this goal will give us the flexibility we need in our training sessions. I will be able to do multiple drills at one time, and I'll also be able to use both sides of the goal.
More than half of students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
