My Students

My students are great kids! They are energetic, friendly, funny, and love school. They are always engaged in what we are doing and love learning about new things. Unfortunately, my students are having to wait until someone is done with their scissors in order to do their own work. We also have a lack of paint, paintbrushes, construction paper, and pencils in our class.

I want to be able to provide a classroom full of materials that can support their learning and help them stay engaged.

My Project

We are requesting scissors, glue sticks, pencils, paper, index cards, paintbrushes, and paint! These materials will make it easier and more effective for my students to do their work in class. Having basics like pencils, glue sticks, scissors, and crayons makes a huge difference in how smoothly the classroom is run.

My students will use these materials in every aspect of the classroom!

They will be able to use the paint and paintbrushes to extend and expand on what we are learning by giving them a creative way to express what knowledge they have. The pencils, glue sticks, scissors, crayons, and paper will be used for literacy, writing, math, science, and more! We will be able to have materials for them to use during centers without having to wait to borrow someone's scissors because we don't have any more. It will make our classroom run smoother.
