Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As this 2023-2024 school year is soon coming to an end, I am already preparing for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. This year, I lacked cubby shelf storage. I only have one that is fit for 10 students and I currently have 15. My students shared cubbies or placed their items on the floor. I didn't like the fact that they were doing that but made it work in some way. I would like for them to store their items in the designed cubby so they can know where to place their work. That is one reason I am asking for donations during this time - to have everything set and ready for the upcoming school year.
I also lacked supplies such as construction paper and a few arts and crafts materials.
I believe that every student should express themselves in an artistic way.
