Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am a first year teacher who will be teaching first grade. We all know that being a teacher can be tricky. Not all students have the luxury of affording school supplies. We do what we can to help. Each of these items will help me make the students' learning experiences this year a little bit easier. I have chosen items that veteran teachers have recommended to make our year easier. I am grateful for every item that will help my students have a more successful first grade year! The easel pads will help us create anchor charts in group learning. We'll need an electric pencil sharpener to keep our pencils sharp.
