it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students will be heading into a classroom in need of some new organization units. Organization affects learning in several ways and weak organization skills may affect students' ability to store and retrieve information for learning.
Students who have weak organization skills struggle with handling information in an effective and logical way.
They often have difficulty setting priorities, making plans, sticking to a task and getting things done. These skills become increasingly important as students move through different grade levels.
Organization skills will allow my students to come up with a plan and follow through to get work done. Students will be submitting writing samples, math worksheets, and homework and they will learn to organize them in appropriate folders on this rolling cart in order to have work easily accessible.
