Help me give my students the opportunity to participate in project-based learning while accommodating lab experiments that they will remember and enjoy. During COVID we were unable to participate in many hands-on science labs.

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Teaching biology to students over the internet takes away from the students ability to learn proper lab safety, protocol, and proper usage of lab tools. During COVID, science classrooms and materials were unused, disposed of, and not prepared to invite students back into an active laboratory.
It's time to make sure the students have what they need to be active in a science laboratory again.
These students are ready and eager to be engaged in class, but the classroom has old lab supplies with missing pieces or expired products. I want to ensure these students get the same opportunity as other biology students do and utilize the hands-on materials like petri dishes, and student bacteria experiment kits for a learning experience they were deprived of during the pandemic.
