Getting Comfy with our Books

My students need 3 beanbag seat chairs so they can be comfortable and enjoy their silent reading.

My 3rd grade students adore getting cozy with an interesting book! I teach in a high need schools and many of my children cannot afford books that they can read in their homes.

2 pillows were donated to me by a veteran teacher at my school. During our daily silent reading, I've noticed that my students are very focused on what they are reading when they have the opportunity to get nice and comfortable with a good book.

I know that if my classroom library was more warm and inviting, students would jump at the opportunity to take advantage of their silent reading time! I am requesting 3 bean bag chairs so that my students do not have to read at their desks all the time. I want them to be able to get comfortable and cozy while they are reading.
